Trial Terms and Conditions

• Launchpad6 Video CMS trial runs for 14 days and Launchpad6 Video Competition runs for 7 days, it show cases all the features, on a restricted sever, at any point you can turn on the production version
• Only one instance of Video CMS or Competition trial can be registered and running per user and/or organisation for the term of the trial period.  
• We are running at a 99.555% up time average over 5 years 
• Using state of the art 3rd party security software we will help protect you and your user's 
• We will send you emails through out your trial to welcome and remind you of impending expiration
• Support within each dashboard is through a ticket system- High: we will endevour to respond to you within 12 hours, Med:we will endevour to respond to you within 24 hours, Low: we will endevour to respond to you within 48 hours. To date our average response over 5 years for all tickets is 3.56 hours.

Launchpad6 Trial is free

Each Party must comply with all requirements of the Privacy Legislation.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not transfer any right, title or interest in the Launchpad6 IPR to the Client or any other person.

Launchpad6 acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not transfer any right, title or interest in the Client IPR to Launchpad6 or any other person.

The Client will indemnify and hold harmless Launchpad6 its officers and employees against all Loss sustained, incurred or suffered by Launchpad6 as a result of any claim (including any action or proceeding) that the use, possession or receipt by Launchpad6 of the Client IPR infringes the Intellectual Property Rights or other rights of any third party.

Comply with all applicable laws;

Ensure that no content or materials provided by the Client to LaundPad6 in connection with this Agreement is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, violates any law or is otherwise inappropriate.

Governing law and jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws of the USA &  Australia. In relation to any legal action or proceedings to enforce this Agreement or arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (Proceedings) each of the Parties irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and waives any objection to Proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or on the grounds that the Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
